Our Compost handy bags are roughly 40L, but exact measurements may vary depending on density and conditions.

Shredded Horse Manure is a natural, organic soil improver ideal for enriching garden beds, vegetable patches, and planting areas. Fully composted and shredded for easy application, this horse manure improves soil structure while helping to retain moisture and support healthy root development.

Rich in nutrients and beneficial microorganisms, this organic fertiliser releases nitrogen and other essential elements gradually as it breaks down. Supplied in convenient 40L bags, it’s well suited to domestic gardens and sustainable growing projects.

First please measure the length and width of your area in metres to get your m2 measurement:

Length (m) x Width (m) = m2

For topsoil, please then multiply this by the depth required and by 1.2 to calculate how much you need:

m2 x Depth (m) x 1.2 = tonnes required

For compost:

m2 x Depth (m) x 0.6 = m3

Multiply your m3 measurement by 1000 to give litres of compost required.

• Natural Variation: Topsoil and compost are natural products; therefore, variations in colour, texture, and moisture content are expected and may vary from the product images shown or between different batches.
• Sourcing: We prioritise local, high-quality green waste and topsoil sourced from greenfield sites only. Because the raw ingredients change seasonally, the exact nutrient profile may fluctuate slightly.
• Storage: Once delivered, we recommend keeping the product covered if not used immediately to prevent the contamination of airborne seeds or saturation from heavy rain.
• Usage: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the specific grade of topsoil or compost ordered is suitable for their intended planting or landscaping project.
